Leadership
Angela F. Dodd
Founder & Innovator
Angela Dodd is a decision strategist with over twenty years of experience advising entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and executive teams. With an engineering degree from Purdue and an MBA from the University of Chicago, she brings structural rigor to how organizations make decisions.
She specializes in decision architecture — the design of authority, accountability, and decision pathways that determine whether organizations move or stall. Most don't struggle because they lack strategy. They struggle because their decision structures are unclear, misaligned, or quietly undermining execution.
What looks like a leadership problem is often a decision design problem.
As former president of the Purdue Black Alumni Association, Angela led a board through significant mindset transformation — navigating entrenched perspectives and creating alignment where resistance had stalled progress. That experience sharpened her ability to lead through complexity without compromise.
She restores decision velocity by aligning responsibility with authority and empowering the right people at the right level. She eliminates friction, reduces indecision, and creates structural clarity that drives measurable results.
She's known for bringing calm into chaos. When conversations grow tense or direction scatters, she stabilizes the room. She has little tolerance for avoidance, ego-driven leadership, or unnecessary misalignment. Clarity, in her view, is not a personality trait — it's a discipline.
Outside her advisory work, Angela is an avid reader and writer with a deep appreciation for thoughtful design and interior spaces. Whether shaping an organization or a room, she's drawn to structure, intention, and environments where clarity creates forward movement.
